Bed + Mattress Combos: How Much Do You Save?

When we checked prices for this article, our bed + mattress combos cost between $80.00 and $331.00 less than buying the same bed and mattress separately. Every combo also came out cheaper than buying the two items separately with our automatic Buy 2 save $60 discount. Here's how the numbers work.

How we compared

Each combo pairs one bed with one mattress in the same size. To compare fairly, we added up the current price of the bed and the current price of the matching mattress size, each sold on its own in our store, and compared that total with the combo price. Prices change, so the product page always shows the current price.

Real examples, one per size

Across the whole bed + mattress combos collection, the smallest difference we found was $80.00, on the Bed (IF 5275) + Hybrid Ice Mattress combo in double: $183.99 + $310.00 = $493.99 separately vs $413.99 as a combo. The largest was $331.00, on the Doria King Bed + Spinopedic Pocket Coil Mattress combo in king: $415.99 + $700.00 = $1,115.99 separately vs $784.99 as a combo.

What about the Buy 2 save $60 deal?

If you buy 2 or more items, $60 comes off automatically at checkout. So if you bought a bed and a mattress as two separate items, you would get $60 off. We compared every combo against that too, and each combo was still the lower price.

For example, the queen David Bed + Hybrid Ice Mattress costs $625.99 separately. With $60 off, that's $565.99, and the combo is $494.99, which is $71.00 less. For the double IF 5160 + Rest-o-pedic combo, buying separately with $60 off would be $490.98, and the combo is $459.99.

Why combos make choosing easier

• The sizes always match. The bed and mattress in a combo are the same size, so there's no risk of ordering a queen bed and a double mattress.
• One product to compare. You see one total price instead of adding items up yourself.
• Free delivery. Delivery is free to every address in our service area, with no minimum order, and usually arrives within 7 business days.

When buying separately makes more sense

Combos only include certain bed and mattress pairings. If you have your heart set on a bed or mattress that isn't in a combo, buy them separately and the Buy 2 save $60 discount still applies automatically at checkout. Not sure what size you need? See mattress sizes in Canada.
