Free delivery

Delivery is free to every address in our service area, with no minimum order. We do not add a delivery charge at checkout. HST is added at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area and to nearby cities: Toronto (including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York and York), Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Barrie. Rural addresses outside these cities may not be covered. You can check your postal code on our delivery page.

Delivery time

Delivery is usually within 7 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). Free delivery follows our delivery schedule, so we can't offer a choice of delivery day or time.

On delivery day

Whether we can bring items inside and into the room depends on the space and access at your home, such as stairs, hallways, doorways and elevators. If you have tight spaces or several flights of stairs, call us before your delivery.
Before you order, measure doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators and compare them with the product dimensions.
If you live in a condo or apartment, book the elevator if your building requires it.
Please check your items when they arrive. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
