Furniture and Mattress Outlet does not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer a sleep trial on mattresses. Please check the size, dimensions, colour and details on the product page before you order. If you have questions, call us at 437-995-4507 before you buy.

Cancelling or changing an order

Within 24 hours of placing your order: you can cancel or change your order free of charge.
After 24 hours: cancelled orders are charged a 40% restocking fee, and the rest of the amount paid is refunded.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Call 437-995-4507 with your order number and have photos of the damage ready, and we will work with you to resolve it. Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery may not be covered.

Warranty

Furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Mattress warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by mattress; any mattress warranty is listed on that mattress's product page. To make a warranty claim, call 437-995-4507 with your order number and photos of the problem.
